Welcome to Karsaaz AI, a product legally owned by Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK), developed and operated by Karsaaz EBS Pvt Ltd  (PK) and supported with marketing content by Karsaaz Solutions under a service-level agreement. By using our website, mobile app, and services (the “Services you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (the Terms). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Karsaaz AI is in its Beta Phase. Features may change frequently as we improve the platform. Users acknowledge that this is a pre-release version.

2. Qualifications

To access or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

Karsaaz AI provides AI-powered tools such as meeting summaries, scam detection, trade intelligence, content creation, reputation checks, and health insights in multiple languages. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

Additionally, Karsaaz AI collects and provides access to aggregate website and platform engagement data via its Traffic Analytics module. This includes anonymized metrics such as bounce rates, visits, engagement durations, and traffic sources, available under token-governed access as described in our Subscription and Billing Policy.

While hosting is provided by third-party vendors such as Hostinger, Karsaaz AI retains complete control of data ownership, compliance auditing, and regulatory observance under PECA 2025 and GDPR.

5. Billing, Subscription, and Payment

All payments are processed through Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK) using third-party PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platforms Stripe and PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Karsaaz AI to charge the appropriate fee to your payment method.

Karsaaz AI operates a token-based usage model for certain modules including Traffic Analytics. Token deductions are based on data volume and report consumption. Tokens are non-transferable and do not rollover. Users may monitor and top-up tokens via the Dashboard.

6. Policy for Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds may be denied if significant usage has occurred AI-generated content, report access  If applicable, refunds will be calculated based on unused time.

7. Restrictions on Use

Users may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

Modules such as Shifa AI (Health), Legal Assistant, Trade Assistant, and Cybersecurity Scanner are purely informational. They do not replace certified professional advice. You agree that final decisions are made at your own discretion.

10. Property Rights

Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK) retains all rights to platform content, software, trademarks, and branding. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. Data is controlled by Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK) and processed by Karsaaz EBS Pvt Ltd PK in compliance with PECA 2025 and GDPR.
