Terms of Service

1 · Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” / “User”) and Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK) collectively, “Karsaaz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”. They govern your access to and use of Karsaaz AI—our web, mobile, and API-based AI platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the incorporated policies:

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• Only one account per individual.
• Affiliates must comply with Affiliate Program Terms.

3 · Description of Services

Karsaaz AI provides multiple assistants and modules, including but not limited to:

• Health AI,
• Law AI,
• Trade Assistant,
• Business Assistant,
• Education Assistant,
• Cybersecurity & Scam Protection Tools,
• Image/Audio Conversion Tools,
• Public REST / GraphQL APIs.

Services are delivered via:

• iOS & Android apps,
• Web portal,
• APIs & SDKs.

4 · Account Registration

Users may register or create an account either through the Karsaaz AI mobile app or the web portal, using Google OAuth or email/password. Account creation, authentication, and consent logging are identical across both platforms and governed by this Policy.

OAuth only provides read-only access to your basic profile (email, first & last name).

You are responsible for maintaining account security.

Karsaaz may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or law.

5 · Billing & Payment

Upon successful account creation (whether through the web portal or the Karsaaz AI mobile app), a Free Trial plan is automatically activated. This trial is provided at no cost and no payment method is required.

Prices are always published at the pricing section on our website.

• Auto-renewals with 7-day advance notice (email + in-app banner).
• Refunds per Refund Policy v1.0.
• Taxes/GST handled by Stripe & Apple; Karsaaz does not store tax IDs.

6 · Promotions, Coupons & Affiliate Program (New)

6.1 Coupons & Promotions

• Coupons may provide discounts on subscriptions.
• Only one coupon may apply per order.
• Coupons are non-transferable, non-cash, and may expire.

6.2 Affiliate Program

• Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees.
• Qualified referrals generate commission only if purchase is valid, paid, and within program rules.
• Payouts are subject to refund windows, clawback on chargebacks, and minimum threshold.
• No self-referrals, spam, fake traffic, or coupon resale.
• Taxes/KYC may be required before payout.
• All Affiliate disputes follow ToS §15.

7 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate law or regulation.
• Upload/generate illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
• Scrape or reverse-engineer models.
• Use outputs to train competing AI systems without permission.
• Abuse referral/affiliate program mechanics.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.

8 · Third-Party Data & SDKs

• Karsaaz AI integrates with scam databases, and trade intelligence APIs.
• Their accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Use is subject to their terms as well.

9 · AI Output Disclaimer

• All outputs are for informational purposes only.
• Disclaimers are now actively shown in-app for each relevant module.
• Always consult a licensed professional before making decisions based on AI output.

10 · Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: you retain ownership; you grant us a license to process content for service delivery.
• Our IP: models, datasets, and marks are proprietary to Karsaaz.

11 · Confidentiality & Privacy

• Data processed per our Privacy Policy v1.0.
• Protected with AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, RBAC, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified controls.
• Karsaaz EBS is also ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management.

12 · Cookies & Tracking

• We use Essential, Analytics, and Marketing cookies under explicit opt-in.
• Affiliate/referral tracking cookies may last 30–90 days.

13 · Limitation of Liability

• Liability capped at the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) total fees paid in 12 months.
• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14 · Termination

• You may cancel anytime.
• We may suspend or terminate for serious breaches, fraud, or as required by law.
• Affiliate abuse may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Sections 6–15 survive termination.

15 · Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Business users: ICC Arbitration, seat London.
• Consumers: may litigate in their local courts; consumer law protections apply.
• US users: waive class-action participation.

16 · Consent Logging & Audit

• We log user ID, IP, timestamp, and active version of these Terms.
• Logs retained for audit under GDPR, PECA 2025, PCI-DSS, and ISO.

17 · Contact & Data Protection Officer

By continuing to use Karsaaz AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
