This Refund Policy outlines how Karsaaz AI, a product of Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK) and operated by Karsaaz EBS Pvt Ltd (Pakistan), handles digital refund requests. By using our services, you agree to this policy. Refunds are handled only by the Billing & Compliance Team of Karsaaz AI.

2. Scope and Access

  • Karsaaz AI is a multilingual AI platform offering business, productivity, finance, trade, and cybersecurity tools. All purchases are made via:
  • Web-based checkout (Stripe, PayPal)
  • No in-app purchases via Google Play or Apple Store are used
  • Subscriptions are activated post-verification from billing system logs

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted if:

  • A purchased service or module fails to activate within a reasonable time (technical fault on our side)
  • An unauthorized or duplicate payment is verified by our billing logs
  • Access is denied despite successful payment and cannot be resolved within 5 business days
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
  • The user changes their mind after subscribing
  • Device/browser/internet issues block access on the user’s side
  • AI tools have already been used (e.g., report generation, summaries, trade data)

4. Refund Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Delayed requests or excessive refund patterns may be denied

5. How to Request a Refund

 Include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Order ID or Payment Screenshot
  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are returned only via the original payment method
  • Transaction fees, currency conversions, or API usage are not refundable

7. Auto-Renewal & Subscription Notice

  • All web subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled manually via dashboard
  • No refund is allowed post-renewal unless service activation fails

8. Digital Usage Limitation

Refunds will be restricted if user has:

  • Downloaded reports or AI outputs
  • Accessed premium modules (e.g. Meeting Summary, Trade Module, Scam Detection)

9. Third-Party API Modules

Some modules use third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, scam-check APIs). We do not guarantee refund of external API charges if services were used.

10. Legal Compliance

  • UK/EU GDPR Regulations
  • US CCPA
  • Stripe & PayPal API Billing Terms
  • Local consumer laws for digital services

11. Policy Updates
