Karsaaz AI – Refund Policy

1 · Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you may obtain a refund for purchases made on Karsaaz AI, a service of Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
2 · Scope & Access
- Purchases are processed through Stripe (web/Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). Refund requests apply equally to purchases and subscriptions initiated via the in-app account interface.
- Free Trial activation occurs automatically upon account creation and does not involve any payment authorization.
- Subscriptions activate only after billing verification.
- We do not accept cash, crypto, or third-party resellers.
3 · Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

| Add-ons / Plan upgrades | Non-refundable | Once activated, cannot be reversed. |
| Downgrades | Pro-rated | Credit applied to next cycle. |
| Service activation failure (system fault) | Always refundable | Usage cap waived. |
| Free Trial | Not applicable | The Free Trial plan is fully complimentary and involves no payment; therefore, it is not subject to refunds. |
| Enterprise/Custom contracts | Refunds governed by contract terms | As per the signed contract terms. |
4 · Effect on Affiliate Rewards & Discounts (New)
- If an order was purchased with a referral discount or coupon, the refundable amount is reduced proportionally.
- Any affiliate commission tied to a refunded or charged-back order will be clawed back or netted against future payouts.
- Referral cashback credits issued to buyers are non-refundable; if the order is refunded, credits are void.
5 · Renewal Reminders & Cancellation
- Email + in-app reminder sent 7 days before renewal.
- Web/Android users: cancel via Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel.
- iOS users: cancel via Apple ID settings.
- Cancelling stops future charges. If within 5 days of the last charge, you may qualify under §3.
6 · Request Procedure
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Full Name & registered email
- Order ID or payment screenshot
- Reason for request
Our Billing & Compliance Team will respond within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
7 · Digital-Use Limitation
Refunds will not be granted if you:
- Use more than 30% of your token/image quota;
- Generate or download premium outputs (reports, trade analysis, transcripts) beyond the quota;
- Access premium modules such as Scam Detector or Trade Assistant excessively.
8 · Third-Party API Costs
Usage charges incurred through third-party providers are non-refundable once consumed.
9 · Processing Timeline & Data Retention
- Refund requests + related data retained 12 months for audit.
- Then securely deleted or anonymized.
10 · Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
- GDPR / UK-GDPR
- PECA 2025
- CCPA/CPRA (US)
- Saudi PDPL (for KSA users)
- Stripe & Apple payment rules
- Applicable consumer-protection laws
11 · Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Business users: ICC Arbitration (London seat)
- Consumers: may bring claims in their local courts.
- US users: waive class-action participation.
