Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

1. Program Overview

Karsaaz AI offers a by-invitation-only Affiliate Program, accessible only to selected partners (influencers, community figures, or content creators) as authorized by the Karsaaz AI Admin Team. Participation is governed by the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Only manually approved individuals or entities may join.

Karsaaz AI reserves full discretion to approve, restrict, or revoke access at any time.

All applicants must provide accurate and verifiable contact, identity, and banking details.

3. Commission & Discounts

Affiliates earn commissions on eligible, verified transactions completed via their referral links.

Rates, cycles, and eligible commission items are displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.

Karsaaz AI may revise commission logic with prior notice.

4. Payout Terms

Minimum payout: $50 USD (or equivalent)

Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe or a verified bank channel.

Karsaaz AI is not responsible for delays caused by external payment providers.

Transaction and currency fees may be deducted.

5. Promotion Standards & Conduct

Affiliates must:

Use truthful, respectful, and non-deceptive language in all promotions.

Avoid misleading offers, fake testimonials, or spam-based marketing.

Violation of ethical standards may lead to immediate account removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Brand & Intellectual Property

Karsaaz AI branding, logos, and materials may only be used with written approval.

Affiliates receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to use brand assets for promotion.

All copyrights and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Karsaaz EBS Ltd (UK).

Any misuse may result in legal action.

7. Termination

Karsaaz AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, without prior notice.

Upon termination:

All promotional use of logos and brand material must stop immediately.

Unpaid commissions are subject to verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

Karsaaz AI and its parent/subsidiary entities are not liable for:

Losses due to affiliate marketing misconduct.

External legal disputes caused by affiliate-generated content.

Revenue or opportunity loss resulting from account termination.

Affiliates agree to indemnify Karsaaz AI and its entities against reputational or legal harm.

9. Independent Contractor Acknowledgement

Affiliates are not employees, agents, or partners of Karsaaz AI. They:

Operate as independent contractors.

May not represent Karsaaz AI in legal, financial, or contractual capacities.

Cannot bind Karsaaz AI to obligations or third-party dealings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any legal claims or disputes shall be handled exclusively under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.

For UK, EU, or USA-based partners, local data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, ICO) may also apply.

11. Program Modifications

Karsaaz AI may change or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.

Continued participation implies acceptance of any modified terms posted on the official dashboard or via email notification.
